The District proposes the construction and operation of a 74 acre groundwater banking facility north of South Avenue and between Highland and Leonard Avenue (APN 345-020-52). The Project would provide as much as 10,000 acre-feet of additional groundwater storage. The Project site is located in an unincorporated portion of Fresno County three miles east of City o Fowler.
