Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0080-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern CA. Project includes the replacement of valves, corroded piping, recoating of exposed steel, installation of new discharge piping encased with a reinforced concrete wall extension. Maintenance road repairs include installation of a low profile road crossing (150 linear feet) where the access road intersects a topographic drainage feature. The pad around the blow-off structure will be extended to approx. 45 feet long by 50 feet wide and will be constructed of a cable concrete block revetment system underlain by a geotextile crushed rock base. The pad and low-flow crossing will require placement of approx. 3,600 sq. ft. of geotextile material and approx. 400 cubic yards of crushed aggregate base.
