Construct a new 24-inch diameter, 1,900 foot Cement Mortar Lined and Coated (CML&C) steel pipeline. The pipeline will connect to an existing pump station and turnout structure of the California Aqueduct and will be placed inside DWR Right of Way for the California Aqueduct.
