Document Description
The division of a 35.68-acre parcel into four parcels: Parcel A - 5.20 acres: Parcel B - 5.18 acres; Parcel C - 5.20 acres; Parcel D - 5.00 acres; and a 15.10 acre Remainder. Individual wells and septic systems are proposed.
Access to all the parcels and the Remainder will be from an on-site easement, which takes access off of Oak Road from Yosemite Oaks Road. Parcel is known as APN 014-550-003. The project site is located within the Mountain Home land use designation of the 1981 General Plan and the Mountain Home zoning (5 acre minimum).
