Document Description
The subject property consists of a parcel of land, encompassing ~5.00 acres more or less, commonly referred to as the "Road Strip" property and Assessor's Parcel number. The parcel is located in the Indian Canyons Heritage Park, an open space area created to preserve wildlife habitat, native plants, and cultural Cahuilla Indian sites. It is undeveloped because of past historical use as a city road right of way. The site consists of sparsely vegetated Sonoran Mixed Woody plant community, primarily paloverde trees, creosote bush and brittlebrush, allowing for a thorough observation of the property.
