Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) are entering into a lake or streambed alteration agreement (Agreement) with Mr. Jonathan Hvozda, representing Campbell Timberland Management. The activities to be completed according to the Agreement are located approximately twelve miles northeast of the City of Fort Bragg in Mendocino County. The project is located on the Ten Mile River, South Fork Ten Mile River, Middle (Clark) Fork Ten Mile River, North Fork Ten Mile River, Pudding Creek and unnamed tributaries to Bald Hill Creek (which is a tributary the North Fork Ten Mile River) and Wages Creek. The project sites are located in Section 13; Township 19N; Range 17W, Sections 5, 17, 31 and 32; Township 20N; Range 16W, Sections 13, 25 and 35; Township 20N; Range 17W in the Dutchman's Knoll U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute quadrangle (Quad), Section 6; Township 18N; Range 17W, in the Fort Bragg Quad, Section 28; Township 21N; Range 16W, in the Lincoln Ridge Quad, Section 21; Township 19N; Range 16W, in the Noyo Hill Quad, Sections 1 and 2; Township 19; Range 16W, Sections 14 and 24; Township 20N; Range 16W, in the Sherwood Peak Quad; Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
