Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) are entering into a lake or streambed alteration agreement (Agreement) with Ms. Lily Engle, representing The Conservation Fund. The two activities to be completed according to the Agreement are located approximately eight miles east of the town of Mendocino in Mendocino County. The project is located on unnamed tributaries to the Laguna Creek and Big River. Laguna Creek is a tributary to Big River. The project's activities covered by this Agreement are located in Sections 28 and 33; Township 17N; Range 16W in the Mathison Peak U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute quadrangle; Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
