Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) are entering into a lake or streambed alteration agreement (Agreement) with Mr. Jonathan Hvozda, representing Campbell Timberland Management. The activities to be completed according to the Agreement are located approximately twelve miles northeast of the City of Fort Bragg in Mendocino County. The project is located on unnamed tributaries to Mosquito Gulch and Pneumonia Gulch; both are tributaries to the Middle Fork Ten Mile River. The project is located in Sections 2 and 3; Township 19N; Range 16W in the Dutchman's Knoll and Sherwood Peak U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute quadrangles; Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
