The planning study involves a feasibility evaluation of the system facilities including options to modify wells to produce water that meets the standards, evaluation of the pump control systems, evaluation of new well site availability, evaluation of the current transmission pipes, evaluation of current storage facilities, and preparation of a feasibility evaluation report (preliminary engineering report). The preliminary engineering report will document the alternative solutions and select the best solution for the Allensworth CSD.
