Document Description
Install an approximately 370' long by 6' high redwood fence with two gates at the Morales House employee residence in Point Lobos Ranch for privacy purposes. Work will remove approximately 50' of wire fencing, excavate post holes approximately 30" deep spaced every 8', install forty-six 4" x 4" posts set in rock and soil, and install eight corner and gate posts set in concrete.
