Document Description
Replace deteriorated wood shingle roofs on the state owned rental residence # 13 and its garage to protect the structures and install new evaporative cooler in Columbia State Historic park to make the residence more comfortable. Work will:
* Remove existing roof and gutters, make repairs to the roof framing, install a new roof, galvinized steel gutters and downspouts on the residentce and garage buildings;
* Install ridge and eave vents to allow for air flow from house attic;
* Install roof mounted evaporative cooler and associated water and electrical lines.
