Document Description
The County of Riverside Economic Development Agency proposes the installation of a gateway monument sign, within the Temescal Valley area of unincorporated Riverside County, California. The gateway monument sign will be located within a Caltrans right of way (ROW), along the southbound side of the Interstate 15 freeway. There is no known Assessor's Parcel Number associated with this ROW. The construction will consist of minor ground disturbance for the installation of the sign base footings, a solar panel box and electrical leads for the solar panel lighting.
