Document Description
Install screening around perimeter of the foundation in areas where small animals and rodents can access the subfloor at a subfloor at a state owned rental residence to ensure visitor health and safety and prevent rodent damage to insulation, wiring, and flooring. Work will hand excavate 8" wide x 10" deep around the perimeter to place screening material below grades and staple screening to siding. Visible material will be painted to match existing siding.
