Document Description
The project is limited to one encroacchment to conduct a culvert replacement on Penn Creek. The culvert replacement would replace a rusted and failed culvert with an 8-foot diameter by 40-feet long metaal culvert embedded 3-ffet below stream channel grade to provide deposition of native bed substrate within the culvert.
