The purpose of this project is to replace the manually operated gate at the south end of Torrey Pines Park Road (by the golf course) in Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve. The new gate will be electrically operated by a solar powered remote keypad. The improved function and higher visibility will protect public health and safety.
