Document Description
Caltrans is proposing a roadway rehabilitation project on State Route (SR) 147 in Plumas county from (PM) 7.5 to (PM) 8.9 near the community of Clear Creek. The pavement on (SR) 147 with the project limits is aging and displays moderate to servere levels of alligator B, thermal, and edge cracking, which requires continous maintenance. All construction would occur within Caltrans right of way, except for staging areas and tie-ins at existing road connections and driveways. Temporary construction easements and/or encroachment permits, would be obtained for staging areas or pavement conforms that are outside Caltrans right of way.
