The California Department of Public Health (Department) is the lead agency. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. Zonneveld Dairies, Inc. proposes to consider the following alternatives as a solution to their ongoing arsenic contamination problems: blending of exisitng water sources, drilling a new water well that does not exceed the State's MCL for arsenic, and treatment of the exisitng well to remove arsenic from the water supply.
