Document Description
SAA #1600-2011-0327-R5 Construct a swimming pool and cabana (pool house) on the south side of Rustic Creek. Storm drain runoff will discharge into the creek. Hillside drainage will also be diverted around the proposed pool and cabana to the creek. The swimming pool and cabana will be constructed adjacent to the creek and a typical Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan will be applied to prevent any construction materials or sediment from entering into the water course.
