Document Description
The Project invovles the approval of a Remedial Action Workplan (RAW) by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) pursuant to Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.8 as submitted on May 25, 2010 by Geosyntec on behalf of The Presidio Trust. The RAW was prepared in accordance with Health & Safety Code sections 25323.1 and 25356.1 (h).
Excavation and Disposal is the most protective and cost-effective remedy for the Site. The proposed excavation covers an area of approximately 20,900 square feet or 0.5 acre.
