Document Description
Repair and/or replace the roof, deck and screening of the front porch; replace interior carpeting and linoleum; upgrade all electrical wiring; paint interior walls and trim; and other related work incidental to the project. The portions of the structure being rehabilitated were included in an improvement project done in the 1980's therefore are not considered to be part of the historic fabric. The rehabilitation work is necessary due to severe deterioration from weathering and use.
