Document Description
The City of Pleasant Hill proposes to amend its General Plan, specifically, the Growth Management Element, to comply with Contra Costa County's voter approved Measure J Growth Management Program. The amendment will establish goals, policies and implementation programs that are intended to manage and mitigate the impacts of future growth and development within the City of Pleasant Hill. The project will also include amending the General Plan Land Use Map to include the previously adopted City of Pleasant Hill Urban Limit Line.
