Note: Review Per Lead The project is the draft central south of market plan, a comprehensive land use plan for the southern portion of the central subway transit line, in the south of market neighborhood. The plan proposes amendments to existing use districts and height and bulk districts, new and improved open spaces, and a series of street network changes within and beyond plan area boundaries on: Folsom, Howard, Harrison, Bryant, Brannan, Third, and Fourth Streets. The project proposes new planning policies and controls for land use; urban from (building height and design); street network/circulation changes; open space; historical preservation; and stainability. A reasonable range of plan alternative are also analyzed in the EIR as required by CEQA.
