Document Description
The applicant requests approval of a land use permit to establish an AT&T telecommunications facility on an undeveloped lot. The project for the installation of a 74-foot tall free standing telecommunication facility disguised as a monopine tree. The proposed project includes the installation of nine panel antennas, fifteen remote radio units, three surge protector dome units, and one 220-sf equipment shelter. The project also includes the construction of a 12-foot access road which extends from the existing unpaved access road near the western property line which will require the removal of thirteen code protected trees ranging in size from 4 to 30-inches in diameter.
