Document Description
Three Rivers Acquisition Co. LLC proposes to install and operate a 5,737-foot welded steel 4.5-inch natural gas pipeline to transport natural gas from the existing Summit Exploration (CA), LLC DW 8-1 natural gas well site, located on Bouldin Island, San Joaquin County, to the existing Towne Exploration Company Tyler Island Farms 5-2 natural gas well gathering line, located on Tyler Island, Sacramento County. The proposed pipeline would have a flow capacity of 10,000 million cubic feet of natural gas per day, and would be installed via trenching and horizontal direction drilling. The pipeline would cross the Mokelumne River and State Highway 12, but all surface disturbances would be restricted to private agricultural lands and private roadways. The State Lands Commission action is a 20-year General Lease - Right-of-Way Use through June 20, 2033.
