Document Description
FSUSD proposes to build upon the existing Suisun Valley School site. The classroom addition will bring the school to its Master Plan Capacity of 615 K-8 students. The Site currently houses 450 K-8 students; an addition of 165 students will bring the total to 615. The project will consist of new construction of seven classrooms. The classrooms will be located west of the current classrooms. Two new modular restrooms will replace the existing modular restroom, it will include a boys, girls and staff designated restrooms. Four existing portable classrooms will be relocated to accommodate for a better visibility design. The seven new classrooms, four relocated portable classrooms, and the restrooms will be positioned together to create a courtyard. Minor modifications: new concrete surfaces, revised parking lot, grass turf, kindergarten playground, improved on-site drainage.
