- The Central Valley RWQCB is issuing a Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The project includes the construction of 204 single-family residential lots with associated roadways. In addition, a ten-acre multi-family parcel and a temporary stormwater detention basin on 12.46 acres will be constructed. Approx. 2,392 cubic yards of clean soil will be used to fill the stock pond, agricultural ditches and wetlands and will occur in the summer when they are naturally dry.
