- The Central Valley RWQCB is issuing a Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The 312-acre project consists of creating an overbank area and low flow channel as a joint floodway, constructing seven detention basins adjacent to the channel, and install box culverts or bridges for pedestrian access associated with future development within the specific plan area. The project will be completed in three specified reaches: East Reach, West Reach, and Middle Reach.
