Document Description
The project involves the demolition of two structures and the construction of a new, two-story, 45-unit assisted care facility. The facility would be a two-story (32.5 feet), U-shaped building with a central courtyard. The building would be approximately 37,000 sf and would have 45 living units (up to 65 residents) and common areas including living rooms, activity areas, dining rooms, kitchen, laundry, staff room, and manager's office. A 27 space parking lot would be located immediately west of the building. The facility would be staffed 24 hours a day and would have approximately 60 employees who would work in three shifts (approximately 20 to 25 persons per shift depending on resident needs).
