Document Description
The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0153-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to th eproject applicant, Jeffrey T. Roberts.
The project is limited to the following activities:
1) Removal of the existing siphon at the point where the Willow Canal passes under Moody Slough.
2) Installation of a new siphon at the point where the relocated Willow Canal will cross under Moody Slough.
3) Removal of an existing water outflow structure from the Willow Canal into Moody Slough.
4) Installation of a new, excess water outflow from the relocated section of the Willow Canal into Moody Slough.
