Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control board is a CEQA responsible agency and has issued a 401 Water Quality Certification for this project. The project consists of replacing the existing Navy Drive Bridge across the San Joaquin River in Stockton, California. The bridge will be a new four-lane, removable span bridge that is aligned 80 feet north of the current bridge alignment. Bridge abutments will be constructed above the ordinary high water mark of the San Joaquin River and supported by Cast-In-Steel-Shell piles. Overhead utilities will be relocated to the new bridge location.
