Document Description
The purpose of the Housing Element is to identify and analyze existing and projected housing needs in an effort to preserve, improve and develop housing for all economic segments of the community in accordance with state law. As a jurisdiction of the Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) region, the City of Roseville is required to update its Housing Element by October 2013 for the 2013-2021 planning period. The Element identifies Roseville's share of the Regional Housing Needs Allocation or RHNA.
