Document Description
ACID proposes pumping from electric groundwater wells up to 3,500 acre-feet of groundwater for use within its boundaries. An equal amount of ACID's surface water rights would not be diverted and would be temporarily transferred to public agency buyers south of the Delta. The transfer period would end September 30, 2013.
