- The Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) is issuing an Agreement pertaining to one encroachment: complete seismic retrofit work at the Moore Street Bridge crossing of the West Fork Russian River. Specific project components include: temporary water diversion and fish relocation, installation of rock slope protection around two existing bridge piers, construction of a temporary access raod through riparian habitat and construction of an in-channel work pad.
