The project includes a 63-unit mixed-use senior affordable housing community on a 40,000 foot site within El Cerrito's mid-town area. The project includes a 1,906 sf clinic and 1,156 sf of retail space fronting San Pablo Avenue on the ground floor and a 2,710 sf plaza and 9,423 sf of private open space. The existing single-story Contra Costa Florist structure at 10848 San Pablo Avenue will be renovated in keeping with its original design to match original conditions as closely as possible.
