Document Description
The City proposes to consolidate the previously-approved wastewater treatment capacities of Water Recycling Plant 1 (WRP-1) and WRP-2 into a single facility in the Crossroads Commerce Center by expanding the existing MBR Plant in a modular fashion to 9.1 MGD. Additionally, the City is requesting access to an increased volume of available treatment capacity, on a temporary basis, at the Manteca Wastewater Quality Control Facility.
