Document Description
The proposed project includes: construction and operation of a 24,000 sf church with a chapel, offices, classrooms, restrooms, and a cultural center that would accommodate various activities; a 240-space landscaped parking lot; and a landscaped turf area/playfield with a small pavilion. The proposed project would result in the removal of three existing residences and associated outbuildings and improvements, and the abandonment (destruction) of groundwater wells and septic systems. The proposed project also includes the combining four parcels into to two parcels.
