Create approximately 657.54 acres of habitat for fish protected under the federal and CA Endangered Species Acts by restoring full tidal action to seven contiguous parcels in Suisun Marsh, adjacent to Honker Bay. Full tidal action would be restored by breaching the Honker Bay levee at three locations. Design width of each breach is approximately 300 feet.
