Document Description
The 24 Hour Fitness Project (proposed project) includes construction and operation of a 24 Hour Fitness health club facility in the City of Redwood City. 24 Hour Fitness USA, Inc., in conjunction with the developer SunCap Property Group (together referred to as the Project Sponsors), propose to redevelop the project site at 1050 Broadway / 1093 Charter Street (project site) and construct a new two-story health club with a rooftop open-air basketball court. The club would be approximately 47,152 sf: 21,600 sf for the ground floor, 19,914 sf for the second floor, and 5,638 sf for the rooftop basketball court); and would be operational up to 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
