Document Description
The project is the expansion of an existing 38-room Holiday Inn Express. A total of 44 guest rooms and 2,010 sf of retail space would be added to the existing building. The existing parking garage would also be expanded to provide 24 additional parking spaces, 3 bicycle parking spaces and 2 motorcycle parking spaces. Other improvements/additions include a meeting room, great room, fitness area, storage facilities and new bathrooms.
