Document Description
The City of Tulare intends to construct a pedestrian bridge structure over the UPRR tracks to connect the pathway (Santa Fe Trail) between "I" and "K" Streets. In addition, the pedestrian/bicycle grade separation will also span over "J" Street, a four lane arterial roadway. Including associated improvements (i.e., lighting, landscaping, and the upgrade of two marked crosswalks to a ladder-style configuration).
