Document Description
DWR, Divisions of Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Southern Field Division, and the Division of Engineering, propose to construct a turnout facility as replacement for one removed during the construction of the Tehachapi East Afterbay. The turnout would deliver State Water Project raw water to Antelope Valley East Kern Water Agency, a SWP Contractor. Project construction will include a reinforced concrete turnout structure with trash racks and a 24-inch diameter steel discharge pipe.
