The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), as lead agency, will prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Buena Vista Lagoon Enhancement Project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act. Pursuant to CEQA Section 21080.4(a) and Section 15082 of the State CEQA Guidelines, responsible and trustee agencies and members of the public are asked to provide written comments regarding the scope and content of the EIR, therefore, SANDAG needs to knwo your views, or the view of your organization or agency, as to the scope and content of the environmental information that will be addressed in the draft EIR.
