Document Description
The Project would construct a new residential and retail mixed use development. It would include approximately 140 residential apartment units (including 13 very-low income units) and approximately 2,600 sf of ground floor retail space. The residential units will include: 47 studio units, 77 1-bedroom units, and 16 2-bedroom units. As measured from ground level, the Project is designed to provide transitional heights of 25 to 45 feet to ensure the Project is compatible in scale with existing nearby structures.
