Document Description
The proposed shopping center renovation project proposes facade improvements to existing structures, new landscaping, and a new Planned Sign Program. The project will (Conditional Use Permit 12-010, Development Code Amendment 13-00,1 and Planned Sign program 13-001) demolish approximately 10,000 sf, add two new buildings totaling approximately 11,200 sf, and add approximately 4,800 sf of floor area to the east side of the rearmost building. The end result would be a net increase of approximately 6,700 sf (8.5%) of gross floor area on the 7.26 acre site. In addition, One new structure on the East Grand Avenue frontage is proposed as a drive-through restaurant which requires concurrent approval of a Development Code Amendment.
