The project entails the construction of a park, affordable housing units, and space for community use. The existing vacant industrial facilities on the site would be demolished. Two 4-story affordable housing buildings with 121 family dwelling units would be constructed in the southern third of the site. A 6,500 sf community center would be provided on the first floor of a portion of the building along Los Angeles Street. A 4-acre public park would be created in the northern two-thirds of the site.
