Document Description
A Conditional Use to allow the establishment of an automobile delivery, service, and repair facility for electronic vehicles, Tesla Motors, within 500 feet of a Residential zone. The new service and repair use will occupy a presently vacant, approximately 14,165 sf, one-story, warehouse that previously operated as a dental supply storage facility. As a complementary use, new car sales will also occur on-site; however, the requested action does not involve the establishment of a showroom. The new use will involve the installation of five service lifts and one alignment rack, provide 21 parking spaces (including 8 tandem spaces), and is located within the M1-1 Zone of the Reseda - West Van Nuys Community Plan area.
