Document Description
The Water Authority proposes to replace and realign approximately 800 feet of the Second Aqueduct Pipelines 3 and 4 and construct an access road within the aqueduct right-of-way. The pipeline improvements are intended to enhance aqueduct system operation and reliability, and reduce the potential for uncontrolled releases of water. The permanent road would be used for access during construction and later for ongoing operation and maintenance facilities.
