Document Description
This proposed project represents a comprehensive amendment and update to the adopted Specific Plan of 2013. The City has also received a preliminary application for a development project on parcel 8528-011-025, called The Residences at Duarte Station. The development comprises a two-building residential development with 619 dwelling units, parking structures, and 157,195 square feet of open space. The City has also received a second preliminary application for the Duarte Intergenerational Housing Project; this project proposes an affordable housing development on parcel 8528-011-906 consisting of a mixed-use building with ground-floor commercial use and up to 80 units of rent-restricted affordable housing.
