Document Description
The proposed project would replace the existing 18,250 square foot pier and 9,517 square foot wharf at Scripps Institution of Oceanography's Nimitz Marine Facility (MARFAC) in Point Loma, San Diego Bay with a facility of similar size/shape, as well as associated utility upgrades. The University approved MARFAC project design on September 17, 2013; the current action is the approval of execution of two ground leases associated with the project.
