Document Description
Site Development Permit, CUP, and Vesting Tentative Map to allow restoration/enhancement of Chollas Creek, and subdivision of three parcels into four parcels for phased development of commercial & multi-family uses on a 8.7-ac site. Phase 1 includes a 14,480 sf drug store (Walgreens) on a 1.43-acre lot. A CUP to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages is included in proposal. Phase 2 includes grading, realignment, recontouring, revegetation, and enhancement of 875 linear ft. of Chollas Creek on a 2.49-acre lot. Phase 3 includes a market, three shops, an art shop and cafe on a 2.49-ac lot (51,350 sf). Phase 4 includes four multi-family structures (82 units); a rental office and retail center (268,156 sf) on 2.28-ac lot. 410 parking spaces would be provided. Al ex. structures would be demolished and ex. uses replaced.
